This 5,000 sq. ft. tenant fit-out for Xfinity was located in Philadelphia, PA. The project scope consisted of full demolition of the existing space as well as complete architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction. To accommodate the storefront design concept the exterior EIFS facade was completely reworked along with a new storefront glazing system.
