This 3,409 sq. ft. tenant fit out for Tempur-Pedic was located in Tysons Corner Mall in Virginia.  This project was part of their retail design concept that launched their roll-out across the country.  The store design featured high end finishes throughout, and the fixture package was comprised of built-in wall shelving units, cash wrap and back wrap, custom ceiling elements and free-standing displays.  The scope of work was comprised of full architectural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing construction as well as a new storefront fully clad with architectural panel surrounds.
